Wood Scott Racing
Steve Wood: (left) Born into a racing family, his father having competed at the highest level in the ‘70s, Steve like so many others started his motorsport career in karts. He then moved into the saloon car arena driving various makes in British championships. Taking breaks to rebuild funding hampered Steve’s progress, but he has still managed to amass numerous race wins over his driving career. Driver profile.
Stuart Scott: (right) Started racing in 1995 in the Beetle Cup, taking the ex-Mark Sumpter car to 10th place in the championship. Switched to the Pirelli Porsche Cup between 1996-2000, claiming class championship runner-up spot in 2000 with three race wins and five seconds (Porsche 944). First person in UK to race the VW New Beetle VR6. Driver profile.
